[By the time he's finished making his texts, she's finished off her drink and is contemplating another. The thought of sleeping under a roof arranged for by him was somewhat more comforting than any hotel could be. A small part of her cautions that it's still dangerous, possibly a very bad idea. But the opportunity to perhaps see another person whom she hadn't in so long was too tempting to ignore.
One finger goes back to circling the glass as she lays her hand briefly on his arm again. She's in no mood to continue writing now. This is easier, even if forming a reply takes a little longer than it used to.]
