It's a littler harder to be inconspicuous when you rely on a cane to get around, but Terezi manages. Dark clothes, dark hat under a dark hoodie, and black shades. Even her shoes are black now.

She's just taken down a number of people, government lackeys. Maybe they had done something despicable, maybe their only crime was being employed by an oppressive government. Either way, Terezi is trying to leave the scene in a hurry. Most likely she's headed out of the City, toward Kanaya's orphanage. She can't help bumping into people sometimes, though, even if only with her cane. Most people hardly notice or care, but to someone used to covering up horns she might be a little more obvious...
