[ Norman knows enough about Quentin to know it's best to keep him as disarmed as possible. They're still in public so he can't go too far, but that's fine. He doesn't need to, really. ]

We can do this the easy way or the hard way, Quire. I'll leave that up to you. Want to make a deal? I can let you just walk away if this goes well enough.

[futureleader]

[He glares, not willing to take the risk in trusting Norman. But at the same time, he's curious. Cautiously, Quentin looks up at Norman, and asks:]

What do you want?

[osreborn]

I want to know the location of your next little meeting. [ He doesn't let go, of course. ] And the time. You don't need to tell me who's going to be there -- I'll find that out for myself. But it had better be accurate information.

[futureleader]

1530 Trumpet Lane. Building number three, 52nd complex, two days from now at dusk. [It sounds pretty real, legit even. But there is no such meeting taking place in two days. []

[osreborn]

Hmm.

[ The tazer hovers. He drags Quentin with him as he begins walking. ]

I suppose we'll find out in two days then. And if you're right, I'll let you walk.

[futureleader]

Well, that's just it. They won't meet in two days because if I don't do what I'm supposed to do, [he pauses.] the meeting is called off under the assumption that one of us have been captured.

[It's a buff on top of a buff. It's either Norman captures him, and the entire fake operation is called off. Or, Norman lets him blow up the police academy and Quentin escapes freely. A loss for a loss, a win for a win.]

[ Norman's eye narrows. ]

You're going to need to tell me something more useful than that.

If I don't blow up the police academy. No one shows up to the meeting,
