[He grunts out a vague noise, perhaps even amusement at his own habits. He's the one showing up unannounced with a gun at his side, and yet still dares to be the untrusting one. Ah, well, habits like that have kept him alive this long so he won't apologise for them.]

There's more to you than mere survival. You follow more than just the movements of the opposition on those computers of yours, of that I'm certain.

[The top of his own beer gets twisted off and flicked aside, swigging down a mouthful before continuing.] We're not the only ones left, there's plenty of others. Some just haven't been fortunate enough to have MI6 training under the belt when all hell broke loose.

[Tiago gives a bit of a nod; no doubt if he wanted to only passively watch the regime outside, he wouldn't even need this set up. He meanders back over to his sets, lays a hand gently on a tower, and all of the screens flicker to black. James has certainly already seen whatever was on them, but that isn't a concern. But best keep anything else that were to pop up safe from prying eyes. And less distraction, that way.]

I know all about the little rebellion, the pockets of resistance across the globe. It's impressive, I'll give that much.

Are you asking me to join the merry, scattered band of freedom fighters, or are you asking me to help you specifically with some less fortunate than the remaining rats?

[Yes, those screens had already been given a cursory glance, taking in random bits of information from them as if it all might one day be of use. His brain is full of useful and often useless facts and details he's memorised over the years.]

I'm not expecting you to join anyone, I realise that might be asking a little too much. I do, however, need information that I don't always have the time or the capabilities to obtain. Nothing too big, just the odd bit of research. [It's surprising how easy the request comes out. But it's not asking for help, not really, and especially not for him. It's more... discussing business plans.]
