Nill has exactly zero numbers in any phone she ever purchases. All the numbers she needs to know are memorized. It's handy, considering her line of work. The text following is the address of a not entirely sketch bar, along with a time for three hours in he future. There is no question mark. appearances must be maintained, after all. Time is allocated as best it can be, considering her show of being a foreigner in the City.

And at the appointed time, Nill will be sitting at a small table in said bar, sipping on a water as she pretends not to be waiting for anyone.

Rose shows up a few hours later, hair combed and her outfit changed. She sits down opposite Nill and shrugs off her coat. She offers a smile.

"Did I keep you?"

Her posture eases when she spies Penny walk in. She just hopes that she isn't too well-recognized in this place, else they might gain too much attention. She's thankful for the simple question, and shakes her head as she carefully pushes her water out of the way. She already has a few small pieces of paper and a pen ready to go, just in case Rose isn't quite comfortable with taking up the old habit of Nill's power.
